Based on the concept of the "golden triangle" of solar cells (which includes power conversion efficiency, stability, and cost) and the fact that the evaluation indicators for materials are too simple, the l-AMSE research group a series of new indexes named i-FOM for comprehensive performance evaluation of photovoltaic materials (including i-FOM1.0, i-FOM2.0, i-FOM3.0, i-FOMindoor, i-FOMoutdoor, etc.) are proposed. On this basis, the research group focuses on the study of the active layer and the device stability, specifically from the aspects of organic photovoltaic material design and synthesis, morphology regulation, device structure optimization and high-throughput preparation, in order to cooperatively optimize the efficiency and stability or the balance of "golden triangle" parameters, and promote the commercialization of organic photovoltaic.
We warmly welcome students and postdoctoral fellows who are enthusiastic about our research to join our group!
